📌 Executive – Backend Provisioning (Short JD)

We are hiring an Executive – Backend Provisioning (On-Roll) to manage end-to-end broadband activation

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Process broadband activation requests in backend systems
Configure customer services (plans, bandwidth, profiles) on CRM/OSS/BSS
Ensure activations are completed within defined SLA/TAT
Manage and track activation queues and pending orders
Coordinate with Sales, NOC, Field Ops, and Support teams
Update activation status and maintain accurate records
Prepare basic activation and SLA reports

🧠 Requirements

1–3 years experience in ISP / telecom / broadband provisioning
Knowledge of CRM / OSS / BSS / ticketing systems
Strong coordination and Excel skills
Graduate in any discipline
