Job Opening: Backend office Executive

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, quotation handling, database management, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on database provided by the marketing team.

• Maintain and update records of customers, architects, builders, and vendors.

• Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and related documentation.

• Maintain dispatch and material movement records of team members.

• Attend customer calls and respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries professionally.

• Regularly update and manage company databases and reports.

• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and transport teams for timely deliveries.

• Assist management in administrative tasks and daily reporting activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.

• Professional behavior and customer-handling skills.

• Prior experience in coordination, back office, or customer support will be preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
