BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Back Office Executive

Gender: Male

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Duty Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Timing: Adjustable, as per work requirements

Leaves: 4 leaves per month

Experience: Freshers can apply; basic computer knowledge required

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day back office work and administrative tasks.
• Manage and organize basic office data and records.
• Handle emails and forward emails to the concerned person or department.
• Maintain proper documentation and files.
• Perform basic computer-related work.
• Coordinate with team members regarding daily work requirements.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Support the team in regular office and back office activities.

Requirements:
• Only male candidates preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to handle emails and forward them to the concerned person.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible and disciplined approach towards work.
• Freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.
