Job Description

Balaji Televentures Private Limited is looking for a Back Office Executive with good knowledge of computer operations, digital marketing, customer coordination, and the solar industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day back-office activities, supporting the sales and marketing team, handling customer and lead data, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate records related to solar enquiries and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize customer, dealer, EPC, and solar lead data.
• Handle Excel/Google Sheets and maintain daily reports.
• Update and manage leads received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with customers and sales executives for follow-ups and appointments.
• Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media, WhatsApp marketing, lead-generation campaigns, and basic content coordination.
• Understand basic residential and commercial solar products, rooftop solar systems, and the overall solar sales process.
• Prepare quotations, reports, lead sheets, and other basic business documents.
• Coordinate internally with the sales, installation, and management teams.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pending enquiries.
• Perform regular data entry and ensure that customer information is accurate and updated.
• Support the team in improving lead management and customer communication processes.

Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge and comfortable working with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of solar panels, rooftop solar, inverters, solar systems, and customer requirements.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, CRM, Google Forms, Canva, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to understand the solar business in depth.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in solar companies, renewable energy, digital marketing, sales support, telecalling, CRM, or back-office operations will be preferred.
