Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Office Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM software, IndiaMART lead management, customer follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer data in CRM systems.

• Handle and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

• Hands-on experience with CRM software.

• Experience in handling IndiaMART leads and online inquiries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Ability to prepare accurate sales and performance reports.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
