Back Office Sales Executive
We are looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team at Scientek Hub. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, handling accounting-related tasks, and assisting with GeM portal operations. The position offers ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 along with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth business operations.
Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice management, billing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
Manage and support work related to the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal, including order processing, tender handling, product uploads, and documentation.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow and client support.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 – 3 years in back office, sales coordination, accounting, or related fields.
Knowledge of basic accounting and GeM portal operations is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and computer skills, especially MS Excel and data management tools.
Candidates must be open to 6 days working.
