Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Sales Executive based in Noida. The Office Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and identifying customer needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, preparing sales proposals, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves understanding the technical specifications of laboratory equipment to effectively assist clients and support their purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client relationship management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and follow-up
Proficiency in written and verbal communication and preparation of sales proposals
Technical understanding of laboratory equipment and ability to address customer requirements
Experience with CRM software, India,India mart, Trade India and sales tracking systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record in sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in B2B sales or laboratory equipment sales is an advantage
