A Telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products, provide support, and manage leads. The primary objective is to enhance business growth through direct communication while maintaining high customer engagement.Key Responsibilities (2026)
Call Management: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads or handle inbound queries regarding products and services.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and persuasively close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team.
Database Management: Accurately record every interaction, feedback, and call status in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) or Excel.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve queries professionally, and follow up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Script Compliance: Adhere to predefined call scripts while personalizing the conversation based on the customer’s tone and needs.
