We are looking for a Back Office Operations to join our team . The Handling Data entry, documentation, preparing Quotations and purposal, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and vendors,and providing administrative support for government project and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹14,000 - ₹25,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Data Management.
Preparing Quotations, Proposals, and Reports.
Maintaining Documents and office Records.
Coordinating with clients, Vendors, and Internal team.
Maintaining Project Records and Follow- up status.
Email Handling and General Administrative Support.
Preparing and Managing official Documents for Governament Projects.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
