Job Title: Loan Operations Executive (Telugu Speaking)
Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Operations Executive who is fluent in Telugu and can efficiently handle loan processing and customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting loan operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Handle loan application processing and documentation.
Verify customer details and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with customers regarding loan requirements and updates.
Follow up on pending documents and loan approvals.
Assist in resolving customer queries related to loans.
Maintain MIS reports and operational records.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Achieve operational and service quality targets.
Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in Loan Operations, Sales, BFSI, or a related field.
Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
