Job Responsibilities

Call customers and follow up for required documents.
Collect and verify client documents.
Coordinate with clients and CS/CA team for registration and compliance services.
Handle PMFME scheme documentation and beneficiary follow-ups.
Maintain client records, data entry, and MIS reports.
Manage WhatsApp, email, and office documentation.
Provide application status updates to clients.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
Professional customer handling and calling skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSW, MBA Preferred)
