Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain customer records in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Project teams.
Conduct customer follow-ups and provide updates.
Prepare customer data reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Working Days
6 Days a Week
Office Timing
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Preferred Candidate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software.
Experience in Real Estate CRM preferred.
Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
