A Backend Executive handles crucial administrative, data, and operational tasks supporting front-line staff, focusing on data entry, record keeping, customer order processing, reporting, and system maintenance to ensure smooth internal workflows and business efficiency, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, often with some fieldwork in banking or similar sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurate data entry, updating databases, maintaining files (physical & digital), and managing document workflows.

• Administrative Support: Handling emails, scheduling, organizing meetings, ordering supplies, and general office upkeep.

• Sales & Operations Support: Assisting sales teams with order processing, tracking payments, generating reports, and coordinating with other departments.

• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing reports, presentations, and potentially analyzing data for management.

• Field/Banking Tasks (if applicable): Visiting banks, collecting/delivering documents, managing cheques/transactions. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, proficiency with MS Office.

• Education: Often HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Experience: Previous admin/back-office experience is beneficial. 

Typical Environment

• Works behind the scenes, supporting the front office and management.

• Found in nearly all industries (finance, sales, healthcare, etc.).

• May involve a mix of office duties and external fieldwork. 

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
