We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases and records
Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
Handle email communication and internal coordination
Support sales and operations teams with documentation and follow-ups
Maintain files, invoices, and other office documents
Assist with order processing, billing, and inventory records
Ensure all records are updated and stored properly
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Basic computer knowledge required
Experience
0–3 years experience in back office / administrative work preferred
