The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations to support business functions.
Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
Handle documentation, billing, invoicing, and data entry work
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, HR, accounts, and operations
Assist in processing orders, purchase requests, and follow-ups
Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communication
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support senior staff with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and data accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
Fresher or 1–4 years of experience in a back office or administrative role
