Job Title: Back Office Executive / Customer Care Executive

Location: Sector 58, Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, data management, and client communication through calls and emails. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation accurately.
Conduct outbound and inbound calls for client coordination, follow-ups, and service support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Support management in day-to-day operational tasks as required.
