💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via call, email, and remote access

• Understand and resolve software-related issues quickly and efficiently

• Guide users on software features and usage

• Maintain proper records of queries and resolutions

• Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issues

• Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

🎯 Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas)

• Problem-solving mindset

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Com preferred)

• Atleast 2 year of experience required.
  
  ⏰ Job Details:

• Office Timing: 1:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
