Job Responsibilities:Implement outreach activities as per the approved mobilization planNetwork with local community representatives, NGOs, and stakeholdersConduct tele-calling to convert leads into center footfallEnsure regular follow-ups for timely enrolments of aspirantsConduct home visits of placed and in-class aspirants to generate referralsMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversionsKey Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in community outreach, mobilization, or field workBasic knowledge of tele-calling and follow-up processesWillingness to travel locally for field and home visitsPreferred Experience:Prior experience in skill development, training centers, or CSR projectsLocal area knowledge will be an added advantage
