Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office cum Sales Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations and assist the sales team in lead coordination, follow-ups, and reporting. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle back office documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
Coordinate with the sales team for leads, appointments, and follow-ups
Manage customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
Support clinic operations and ensure smooth internal coordination

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with administrative efficiency
