Role & responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM database with accurate customer information.
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order updates.
Track customer orders, shipments, and resolve any issues.
Prepare and share reports on customer interactions and service performance.
Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on payments, dispatch status, and feedback.
Ensure timely communication regarding order status, delays, or requirements.
🔹 Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
Basic understanding of export operations (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
