Back Office Executive

Back office operation only male age only 23-35 experience candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Inward and outward entry of clothes.

- Coding new clothes and maintaining data entries.

2. Procurement:

- Purchasing new clothes from malls with company-provided vehicle and delivery boy.

- Maintaining purchase files with bills and details.

3. Financial Management:

- Maintaining expenditure records for readymade and fabric clothes in Excel.

- Cross-checking company credit card expenses and handling GST entries.

- Generating e-bills and maintaining records in Tally software.

4. Record Keeping:

- Maintaining records of online rent and deposit amounts.

- Managing GST invoices and e-bills for auditing and tax filing.

Work Conditions:

- Location: Andheri East MIDC SEEPZ.

- Timings: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with 2 Sundays off per month.

- Accommodation: Company provides accommodation and covers electricity bills; employee covers food expenses.
