About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support day-to-day business operations, especially in tender management, documentation, and catalogue creation.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders from various portals
Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents
Create product catalogues with proper formatting, images, and specifications
Translate documents (French/Spanish to English or vice versa using tools if needed)
Maintain and organize business documents and records
Coordinate for quotations, pricing sheets, and vendor details
Perform basic market research and data collection
Support in email drafting and communication with clients/vendors
Requirements
Basic understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English
Familiarity with Google Translate or similar tools for document translation
Prior experience in tenders, documentation, or back-office work is a plus
