Job Title: Back Office Coordinator
Location: Bangalore, BTM Layout
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update ERP/MIS data accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on pending tasks.
Manage documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and records.
Maintain employee and vendor records.
Coordinate meetings and maintain office correspondence.
Track orders, dispatch status, and delivery updates.
Ensure proper filing of physical and digital documents.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Any PUC/Diploma/ Degree.
1–3 years of experience in Back Office or Coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
