📍 Location: Noida

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

💼 Experience: 0–1 Year

👩‍💼 Freshers: Can Apply

🕐 Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

📅 Working: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

🕐 Shift Eligibility

Female candidates: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift window only.

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through chat and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through chat.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Communicate professionally with an empathetic and positive approach.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams.

Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets.

Adapt to a dynamic rotational-shift work environment.

✅ Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: 0–1 year; freshers may apply.

Previous Customer Service/Chat Support experience is preferred.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Good typing and basic computer skills.

Versant requirement: Score criteria may vary based on the experience tier (Versant 4/5).

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
