Role Purpose: The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and streamlining day-to-day business operations across production, inventory, logistics, dispatch, vendor coordination, and internal process management. The role requires strong execution skills, operational coordination, and the ability to manage workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams for efficient workflow management

  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment processes

  • Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders

  • Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams to maintain operational efficiency

  • Maintain operational records, reports, invoices, and documentation accurately

  • Support vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and supply chain activities

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in implementing process improvements

  • Work closely with sales and accounts teams for smooth order execution and coordination

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of operational issues

  • Assist management with operational planning, reporting, and execution strategies

  • Maintain quality, compliance, and service standards across operational processes

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries

  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and handling operational workflows

  • Familiarity with inventory management and dispatch coordination preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
