Job Description:
We are looking for a Computer Operator / Typist who can accurately prepare and manage legal documents related to property and registration work. The candidate should have good typing speed, strong MS Word knowledge, and basic administrative skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drafting & Typing: Accurately type legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Settlement Deeds, and Title Verification Reports from handwritten drafts or dictation.
• Document Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for client records and bank panel documentation.
• Administrative Support: Handle emails, scan and print documents, and update MIS reports in Excel.
• Quality Control: Proofread documents to remove grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive property and client information with strict confidentiality and integrity.
