Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and travel operations, ensure smooth coordination with hotels and vendors, and support the management team in planning and executing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent data entry abilities, and experience in travel coordination, cost optimization, and supplier negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain travel records, bookings, rates, and client details in company systems/databases.

• Handle correspondence, documentation, itineraries, and typing work with speed and accuracy.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other vendors for bookings, reservations, and logistics.

• Research and identify the best fares, hotel rates, and travel deals to optimize client budgets.

• Negotiate competitive group rates with hotels, tour operators, and transport vendors.

• Assist in creating travel itineraries and customized packages as per client requirements.

• Ensure quality assurance by recommending top-rated experiences and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.

• Provide destination-related guidance, including local customs, safety tips, and travel updates.

• Support management in administrative coordination, reporting, and operational tasks.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
