Job Overview
Krish Trip is looking for a responsible and active Admin Executive to handle daily office work and backend operations. The candidate will manage data entry, coordinate with hotels, and support travel bookings. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are very important for this role.
Key Responsibilities
•Data Entry & Rate Management
Enter and update hotel and travel package rates in the system.
Keep hotel, vendor, and client details correct and up to date.
•Hotel Coordination
Talk to hotels for booking confirmation and room availability.
Follow up with hotels for vouchers, bills, and payment details.
Maintain good communication with hotel partners.
•Office & Admin Work
Handle emails and basic office tasks.
Support backend work to make sure bookings run smoothly.
•Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills.
Clear and confident English speaking and writing.
Good body language and professional behavior.
Typing speed of 30–35 words per minute.
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email).
Careful with details and able to handle multiple tasks.
•Preferred Candidate
Organized, punctual, and responsible.
Can work independently and in a team.
Experience in admin or travel industry is a plus (not compulsory).
