Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration and daily operations
Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and client records
Prepare basic documents such as listings, agreements, invoices, and reports
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings
Support real estate client with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
Liaise with banks, developers, and service providers as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

· Conduct field work including site visits, client office visits, and coordination at property locations
· Visit banks and financial institutions for documentation, verification, and follow-ups
· Handle document collection, submission, and handover to clients, banks, and authorities
· Assist clients with paperwork during registrations, approvals, and transactions
Coordinate with clients in person for signing, document clarification, and deal closure support
