Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-toend tendering process for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bid submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities
 Search for and identify Interior & fitout tender opportunities from government, private, and online procurement portals.
 Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements.
 Coordinate with the estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to prepare complete bid submissions.
 Prepare technical and commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and supporting documentation.
 Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and submission deadlines.
 Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and cost analysis.
 Maintain a tender calendar and monitor submission schedules.
 Prepare bid summaries, risk assessments, and management reports.
 Respond to tender clarifications and client queries during the bidding process.
 Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and supporting documentation for future reference.
 Stay updated on industry trends, procurement regulations, and tendering best practices.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
 Strong understanding of tender documentation, commercial terms, and procurement procedures.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
 Experience with online tender portals and document management systems.
 Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills
 Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
 Knowledge of estimation principles and BOQs.
 Familiarity with ERP systems and tender management software.
 Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
 High attention to detail and accuracy.
