We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to execution. The candidate will manage design development, coordinate with consultants, guide junior architects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and regulations.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Client coordination and presentation of design proposals.
Mentor junior architects and design staff.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of municipal approval processes and construction standards.
Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
