Mechanical Engineer

• There are multiple vacancies with us in various departments like Instruments, PPC.

• Any fresher or relevant experience person can apply.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of innovative and effective implant solutions.

• Deal with instruments department check the instruments.

• Analyze the manufactured product, identify areas for improvement, and propose modifications to enhance product performance.

• Assist in the design and development of orthopedic implants, instruments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct simulations to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of implant designs.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to supervisors and project teams.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic implant technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• Maintaining instrumentation stock in soft copy and submitting report to reporting manager for procurement.

• Responsible for execution of instrumentation order, validation & inspection of instrumentation as per specification.

• Perform rework on instruments as & when required.

• Coordinate & daily follow up with Production supervisor and production engineer for rework status, tracking of material stage wise and progress level

• Attend any query pertaining to instruments and solve timely

• Responsible for managing the data and all the information related to instruments

• Any other task assigned by reporting manager as and when required

Educational Background:

• Candidates from a Mechanical background.

Preferred Location:

• Candidates residing near Kheda, Nadiad, Anand, or Ahmedabad will be preferred.
