We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team MIDEAST PIPELINE PRODUCTS to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Supervision of projects of interior decoration for renovation of existing property/ apartments.

2. Monitoring and quality control of painting and would polishing projects

3. Monitoring, supervision and e xecution of repair and maintenance project, including but not limited to plumbing water, purifying floor polishing marble tiles installation

4. Identification and sourcing of specialised mason Carpenters painters fabricators, etc.

5. Electrical projects.

6. Identification and purchase of appropriate material required for execution of such projects
