Senior Architectural Estimator

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Estimator to join our team.

1. Quantity takeoff for multi-trade construction projects

2. Review of drawings, specifications, and bid packages

3. Detailed takeoffs for architectural trades (painting, framing, drywall, insulation, cabinets, and electrical

4. Understanding of architectural plans, sections & elevations

5. Able to read and understand English

6. Able to work under pressure

7. Provide Training on estimation software & methods

8. Able to review addendums

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Planswift, On screen Takeoff, Quantity Takeoff, Estimation, and Material Takeoffs. Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing, elevations, sections, plans and estimating softwares
