We are looking for a Senior Architectural Estimator to join our team.

Quantity takeoff for multi-trade construction projects
Review of drawings, specifications, and bid packages
Detailed takeoffs for architectural trades (painting, framing, drywall, insulation, cabinets, and electrical
Understanding of architectural plans, sections & elevations
Able to read and understand English
Able to work under pressure
Provide Training on estimation software & methods
Able to review addendums

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Planswift, On screen Takeoff, Quantity Takeoff, Estimation, and Material Takeoffs. Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing, elevations, sections, plans and estimating softwares
