· • Delegate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
· • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
· • Identify and manage potential safety hazards on-site.
· • Ensure all workers follow health and safety regulations and wear proper PPE.
· • Organize daily and weekly work schedules.
· • Verify correct and safe work techniques.
· • Manage orders and deliveries of materials.
· • Assist project managers with planning work activities.
· • Prepare site reports and maintain documentation.
· • Hold site meetings and coordinate with architects and contractors.
· • Represent the company professionally at all site interactions.
· • Strong leadership and team management skills.
· • Good communication skills (Hindi required; Tamil preferred).
· • Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
· • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
· • Strong problem-solving skills.
· • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
