Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Consultant & Statutory Consultant to support real estate development projects from feasibility to approvals and design coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare development proposals, including feasibility studies and FSI analysis.

• Assess project profitability and structure Joint Development Agreement (JDA) share models between developers and landowners.

• Handle end-to-end statutory documentation and approval processes in compliance with CMDA and local body regulations.

• Coordinate with government authorities for planning permissions and statutory clearances.

• Support conceptual planning and preliminary design development.

• Prepare Pre-DCR drawings as per applicable development control rules.

• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related architectural software

• Good coordination and documentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
