About the Role

Studio 5 Design is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients.

• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Manage labour teams and allocate daily work effectively.

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and update the management team.

• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.

• Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.

• Attend client meetings and provide project updates whenever required.

• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and project records.
