Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day interior work at site (carpentry, modular furniture, painting, polishing, POP/gypsum, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specificationsCoordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and vendorsManage and monitor site labor, contractors, and material usageCheck quality of materials and workmanshipEnsure timely completion of work as per project scheduleResolve site-related technical and execution issuesMaintain daily progress reports and site recordsEnsure adherence to safety guidelines and site disciplineConduct site measurements and assist in billing and material reconciliationCoordinate inspections and handover activities
