Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
Supervise daily activities, interpret blueprints, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Health & Safety:
Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, enforce safety regulations (PPE use), handle incidents, and train staff on protocols.
Team & Resource Management:
Instruct workers, coordinate subcontractors, manage equipment, order supplies, and maintain attendance/progress logs.
Communication & Reporting:
Liaise with clients, architects, and management; provide progress reports; and attend site meetings.
Quality Control:
Monitor work quality, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with building codes.
