Position: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Nesta Interior is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and execution work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, labor teams, and vendors.

• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.

• Manage site materials, inventory, and resource utilization.

• Prepare daily work reports and update project status to management.

• Conduct site measurements and inspections.

• Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth project execution.

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.

• Verify work completion and prepare handover reports.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Interior Fit-Out Works.

• Understanding of Civil, Carpentry, Electrical, Painting, and False Ceiling Work.

• Ability to read drawings and layouts.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving and team management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

• Freshers can apply.

• Experienced candidates will be preferred.

Experience:

• 0 to 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Salary:

💰 ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Salary based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours:

🕙 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
