Job Title: Architecture / Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Studio 5 Design is looking for a proactive and experienced Architecture / Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior and architectural projects at various sites across Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal design team, while ensuring projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior and architectural work at project sites.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the scheduled timeline.

• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and update the management team.

• Verify measurements, BOQs, and executed work for billing purposes.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team for necessary modifications.

• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

• Maintain all site documentation, including work progress, attendance, and material records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and architectural execution.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

• Good understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

• Knowledge of site measurements, BOQs, and project execution.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Leadership skills to manage labour and subcontractors effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
