Salary Range:-₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented R&D Executive – Interior Design who will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, exploring new materials, and enhancing design processes. The role requires a forward-thinking individual who can bring fresh ideas, experiment with new trends, and contribute to the overall design excellence of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on new materials, finishes, technologies, and design trends in the interior industry.

2. Develop innovative and experimental design concepts to enhance project quality and uniqueness.

3. Create design prototypes, mood boards, and concept presentations for internal review.

4. Work closely with the design team to implement new ideas into live projects.

5. Analyze global design trends and adapt them to suit company standards and client requirements.

6. Explore cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.

7. Maintain a database/library of materials, vendors, and innovative design ideas.

8. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source new materials and products.

9. Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and internal reviews.

10. Continuously improve design processes and suggest new methodologies for efficiency.

11. Assist in developing standard design guidelines and creative benchmarks for the team.

12. Support the team in enhancing presentation quality and design storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in interior design, with exposure to design innovation or concept development.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to experiment and think beyond conventional design approaches.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
