We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate should be able to work on residential interior projects from concept development to detailed design and execution coordination.

The role requires a good understanding of space planning, interior detailing, materials, furniture, finishes and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.

• Create mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.

• Prepare detailed working drawings for site execution.

• Develop furniture, ceiling, flooring, wall and electrical layouts.

• Coordinate with 3D visualisers to achieve the required design output.

• Select materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, wallpapers, fabrics, lighting and furniture.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams.

• Conduct site visits and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings and designs.

• Make revisions based on client and site requirements.

• Maintain design quality and consistency throughout the project.

Required Skills

• Strong design sense and understanding of interior design principles.

• Good knowledge of space planning and residential interiors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Photoshop will be preferred.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes and furniture detailing.

• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings.

• Basic knowledge of site execution and construction details.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
