Role Overview

• Position: Senior Interior Designer (Corporate Interiors / Workplace Design)

• Experience Required: 3+ years specializing in commercial or corporate office fit-outs

• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Strategy: Lead the development of innovative workplace concepts, space planning, mood boards, and 3D visual presentations aligned with client brand identity.

• Technical & Documentation: Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications, and code compliance.

• Project & Client Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, client pitches, and stakeholder coordination from concept to final handover.

• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial building codes, material sourcing, acoustics, and sustainable design principles.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
