We are looking for a Billing Engineer to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of contracts and billing procedures
Familiarity with interior materials (woodwork, laminates, finishes, fittings, etc.)
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
