Job Title: Lead Architect – Luxury Real Estate
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 10+ years (3–5 years in leadership role)
Reports To: VP Projects

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Architect to lead design and execution of luxury residential and mixed-use projects in Thane. The role involves managing a small architecture team, ensuring high-end design quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution for luxury projects

• Manage and mentor a team of 3 architects

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and approvals

• Maintain design quality, innovation, and brand standards

• Present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• B.Arch (Master’s preferred), COA registration mandatory

• 10+ years of experience in architecture with luxury/high-rise projects

• Strong portfolio in residential/mixed-use developments

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of Mumbai/Thane DCR and regulations

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury materials and international consultants

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
