Qualification

• ITI Draughtsman Civil / Architectural Assistantship

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

• Certification in AutoCAD or relevant drafting software

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Drafting & Documentation

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed 2 D, 3 D drawings.

• Develop working Municipal drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and submission drawings.

• Modify drawings based on design revisions and client requirements.

• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and drafting conventions.

• Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with Senior Architects to incorporate design changes.

• Resolve drafting discrepancies and coordination issues.

Construction Documentation

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and execution details.

• Draft material layouts, joinery details, staircase details, toilet details, and façade drawings.

• Support preparation of construction documentation.

Site Support

• Incorporate site changes and revisions into drawings.

• Assist project teams in preparing as-built drawings.

Quality Control

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of drawings.

• Follow company CAD standards and drawing protocols.

• Maintain version control and document management procedures.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Ability to prepare architectural working Municipal drawings independently.

• Knowledge of construction detailing and drafting standards and Liasoning of PCMC.

• Understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.

• Experience preparing GFC and submission Municipal drawings for Industrial Projects.

• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.

• Ability to read and interpret consultant drawings.

Software Skills

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)

• MS Office (Excel, Word)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Technical Skills

• Experience Must in Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, or Institutional projects. Industrial Projects must to have with Municipal Drawing.

• Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval drawings.

• Familiarity with BIM workflows.

• Basic understanding of BOQ and quantity estimation.

• Exposure to site execution and construction practices.
