Draftsman Architect

We are looking for a Draftsman Architect to join our team at Manav Management Group to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Working Drawings

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and large-scale details

• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for execution

• Prepare door-window schedules, staircase details, and façade detailing

• Technical Detailing

• Produce detailed drawings for slabs, parapets, railings, terraces, staircases, and façade elements

• Ensure proper levels, dimensions, and construction logic in all drawings

• Incorporate structural and service inputs into architectural drawings

• Drawing Coordination

• Coordinate with structural and MEP drawings to ensure clash-free documentation

• Resolve discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions

• Work closely with architects and consultants for technical alignment

• Revisions & Documentation

• Update drawings based on design changes and site feedback

• Maintain proper version control and drawing records

• Prepare complete drawing sets for approvals and execution

• Site Support

• Assist in resolving site queries through drawings and details

• Provide quick revisions and clarification drawings as required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
