Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to target cities/markets to perform site recce and technical feasibility checks for proposed franchise outlets.

• Take precise measurements, analyze store layout, power backup options, elevation, and structural layout.

• Find, shortlist, and manage local civil contractors, painters, carpenters, branding, and electrical vendors.

• Negotiate hard with local vendors to secure the lowest rates without compromising on build quality.

• Supervise store setup work daily to ensure adherence to standard interior designs and timelines.

• Audit contractor bills, material invoices, and verify completed work on site.

•Coordinate final store handover to the franchise partner on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience: 1–3 years in retail store execution, site recce, civil supervision, or franchise setup execution.

Skills: Strong local vendor negotiation skills, basic understanding of store layout/blueprints/BOQ, field troubleshooting.

Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across designated cities/districts.

Documentation: Proficiency in creating basic recce reports with photos, floor dimensions, and vendor estimates.
