We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at K.R. Mangalam University. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure work as per drawings and specifications.
Quality Control: Check quality of material, workmanship, and ensure safety standards at site.
Execution: Handle RCC work, brick work, plaster, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Team Management: Guide and manage masons, labor, and contractors at site.
Planning: Read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and coordinate with project team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, site surveying, and construction methods.
